Smart Teachers is seeking an ambitious and inspirational English Teacher to join a rapidly improving East London secondary school from January 2026.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of English Teacher you will:

• Degree in a relevant subject
• Strong subject knowledge in English
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and reflective approach to teaching
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
