We are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support learning, play, and daily routines in our Early Years setting.
About the role
You should be able to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through calm, consistent, and supportive approaches.
Observe children’s progress and contribute to assessments by sharing meaningful insights with the class teacher.
Support daily routines such as arrivals, transitions, outdoor play, meal times, and tidy-up time.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of EYFS Teaching Assistant you will:
- Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or Early Years setting.
- Ability to adapt activities and resources to meet individual needs.
- Understanding of safeguarding, health, and safety procedures.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Key responsibilities
As EYFS Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development using positive strategies.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all pupils at all times.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals to meet individual pupil needs.
