Smart Teachers are currently working with a Outstanding Secondary school based in the West London borough of Hounslow. The School are looking to appoint a Head of Department for Drama from Sept 25
About the role
The role will initially start on a term basis with the view to this being extended or even made permanent for the right candidate. The role would involve teaching from KS3-KS5 and the running of the department. The school would prefer someone who could work 5 days a week but are also open to those that can offer 4 days

The school is a Ofsted "Outstanding" rated school and has been for some time. The school has a strong SLT who believe in delivering excellent education to their students. The school is well served by local train and Bus routes.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Head Of Drama - Outstanding Secondary school in West London - Sept 25 you will:
- QTS or QTLS is Essential
- A degree or equivalent education
- Effective leadership qualities and a clear vision for the subject.
- Uk Secondary school experience
- Experience of running a department or a ambitious 2Ic
- A creative approach to teaching and a commitment to ensuring that all students make progress.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
