Learning Support Assistant

Smart Teachers are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants to join an 'Outstanding' school in Queens Park.

About the role

• Learning Support Assistant required to join an Outstanding secondary school
• Learning Support Assistants will support across whole classes, with roles available in KS3 or 4
• Full time role, hours are 08:30-16:00
• Role will be contracted from September 2024 - July 2025

• Secondary Speech and Language school
• Pupils who attend have moderate learning needs linked to their communication, with all pupils being verbal
• School boasts small class sizes and is located in a newly built purpose school
• Turnover of staff is very and low and the school has a family feel that permiates across the school

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:

• Be a passionate LSa who can contribute to the school community

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Hold an enhanced DBS
