Level 3 Teaching Assistant needed to work in a mainstream primary school in Hackney

About the role

One of our partner primary schools are looking to appoint a Level 3 TA/Teaching Assistant to work with them on a full time basis from the summer term.

This is a general TA role, supporting across the whole of Key Stage 1.

Your role will include-

- Supporting pupils with work in 1-2-1 and small group settings

- Working alongside the class teacher assisting where needed

- Supporting SEN pupils in the classroom if and when needed

- Help prepare lessons, assist with class projects and school trips

The school was rated 'Good' in their last Ofsted report

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:

• Have a DBS on the updated service
• Level 3 TA Qualification

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Level 3 TA Qualification

Key responsibilities

As Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Provide support to the teacher and assist pupils with their learning
