The School and Role
Our client is looking to recruit a KS2 Teacher to join the school as soon as possible.
This is a large SEN School based in Hounslow, West London a short walk from Osterley station, who supports the needs of children with Autism and Complex needs. The school is a learning community of five villages, serving pupils aged 3 to 19, with a total enrolment of 315 students. The school curriculum is our progression model and supports, challenges and encourages each young person so they are active participants at every stage in the learning journey with a real zest for experiencing all aspects of life to the full!. The School aims to develop personalised pathways for each student to meet their individual needs and aspirations. Each pathway responds to the needs of individual learners and promotes student engagement, enjoyment, confidence and the acquisition of life skills.
Dress code here is relaxed, small class sizes of up to 5/8 students could be expected, some times smaller, with each pupil having their own 1:1 teaching assistant via their educational health care plan. The school are accepting referrals from local mainstream schools to ensure support is available to those students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience teaching within a SEN provision
