About the school
The school is located less than five minutes from Manor Park Station (Elizabeth Line). The schools most recent Ofsted (March 2022) confirmed that they continue to be ‘Good’.
The school has a strong community focus and firmly believe in the ethos of the saying ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. The school retains the traditional ethos of a family community school combining it with effective research on successful teaching and learning. They strive for excellence in all areas of school life and have high expectations of every child in both their academic and personal development. They focus on encouraging attributes such as resilience and creativity and educating the ‘whole child’ is a cornerstone of their values.
Pupils are proud of the school, work hard, and play an active part in the life of the school. Pupil behaviour is good and they are polite and courteous in class and around the school. Relationships between pupils and their teachers are strong and this leads to rapid progress. The school prides themselves on the caring and inclusive environment that enables this.
You will be joining an enthusiastic and lively team of teachers who work well to appeal to pupil interests.
