A friendly and inclusive primary school in the RM7 area is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.
About the role
Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Mainstream Primary School Location: Romford (RM7) Start Date: September 2026 As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the classroom, helping pupils remain engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning. You may work with individuals, small groups, or provide general classroom support, depending on the needs of the school. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's development within a primary school setting.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Primary Teaching Assistant you will:
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive, and flexible approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Right to work in the UK
- Years of previous experience
