A welcoming and highly respected Catholic primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil on a full-time basis from September 2026 for the full academic year.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 2 pupil, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual targets. You will collaborate with the class teacher, SENCo, and parents to ensure consistent support throughout the school day.
The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil
- Supporting learning activities within the classroom
- Implementing individual support strategies and targets
- Encouraging independence, engagement, and confidence
- Supporting social and emotional development
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Ealing you will:
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting (preferred)
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable)
- Patient, caring, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
