Teaching assistants needed from September to work in mainstream primary schools in Hackney.
About the role
General teaching assistant AND 1-2-1 SEN teaching assistant roles available from September
Roles available across all year groups in Primary
Full time roles, Monday - Friday.
Minimum commitment full academic term
You should-
-Have experience working with children
-Be patient, proactive in the classroom and be able to work off your own initiative
-Have a passion for education and working with pupils in the classroom
-Be happy to work with SEN pupils in the classroom (if needed)
-Be able to take instruction from the class teacher and work collaboratively with other members of staff

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistants for September you will:
- Have a DBS on the updated service
- Have experience working with children
- Have a can-do attitude every day!
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working with children
Key responsibilities
As Teaching Assistants for September you will be responsible for:
- Provide support to the teacher and assist pupils with their learning
- Assist with setting up classes
- Assist with projects and school trips if needed
- Work with pupils in 1-2-1 and small group settings
