Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
- Assist teachers with classroom preparation and organization
- Support students in their learning, both individually and in small groups
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and productive learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and lesson planning
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
