We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Harrow on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026.
About the role
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations, curiosity, and independence in learning.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 3 Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve QTS
- Suitable for Early Career Teachers or experienced teachers
- A positive, reflective, and committed approach to teaching
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
Key responsibilities
As Year 3 Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
- Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Creating a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
