Smart Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a high-achieving secondary school in North London for an enthusiastic and skilled Design & Technology Teacher to join their department on a full-time temporary basis
About the role
he successful candidate will deliver engaging Design & Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop their design, manufacturing and problem-solving skills. The ability to teach one or more specialist areas, such as Product Design, Resistant Materials or Engineering, would be advantageous.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of DT Teacher you will:
- QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Design & Technology in a UK secondary school.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills
- A passion for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smart Teachers.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
