A well-regarded two-form entry primary school in Hounslow is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2026.
About the role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage, creating a nurturing and engaging classroom where children can develop both academically and socially. The school is looking for a teacher who can establish clear routines, maintain positive behaviour, and ensure a calm and purposeful learning environment.
You will work closely with your parallel teacher and EYFS team, benefiting from shared planning and a collaborative approach to teaching.

- Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons and activities
- Creating a structured and nurturing learning environment
- Managing behaviour effectively and consistently
- Assessing and monitoring pupil development and progress
- Working collaboratively with EYFS staff and support team
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Requirements
To be considered for the role of EYFS Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within EYFS
- Strong behaviour management skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS
- MPS/UPS Outer London Payscale
