An outstanding mainstream primary school in Ealing is seeking an experienced and highly capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the role
This role is ideal for a confident HLTA who is ready to take on a varied and rewarding position within a well-structured and forward-thinking school. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, including leading lessons, delivering interventions, and working closely with class teachers and senior leaders.
As an HLTA, you will be trusted to lead whole-class teaching when required, deliver targeted interventions, and support pupils across different year groups. You will contribute to planning, assessment, and pupil progress, helping to maintain the high standards the school is known for. You will also support behaviour management, ensuring a calm, focused, and positive learning environment is consistently maintained.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
- HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Proven experience working within a primary school setting
- Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous school-based experience in the UK
