A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southall is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
About the role
You will be working within the Early Years setting, supporting children’s development through a combination of structured activities and play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where children can thrive.
The role includes supporting small group activities, assisting with observations and assessments, and promoting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
- Working with small groups and individual pupils
- Assisting with observations and progress tracking
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional development
- Supporting classroom organisation and daily routines

Requirements
To be considered for the role of CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 3 CACHE Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working in an EYFS or primary school setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Level 3 in Early Years
