A highly regarded primary school in Southall is seeking a qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team.
About the role
As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support children within the Early Years setting, helping to deliver a balance of play-based and structured learning in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with the class teacher to support children’s development across all areas, including communication, social skills, and early learning.
You will also contribute to observations and assessments, support small group activities, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working in an EYFS or primary school setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- DBS on the update service
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous school-based experience in the UK
