We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time, long-term position in Hillingdon starting January 2026.
About the role
As a Primary ECT, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, with appropriate support and guidance from experienced colleagues. You will work to create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom where pupils feel supported and motivated to learn. This long-term role offers consistency and the chance to become an established member of the school team.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Primary ECT you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve QTS
- A positive, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to a full-time, long-term role from January 2026
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
