You will provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and fully engage in school life. The role will involve implementing strategies to support learning, attention, and emotional regulation, while working closely with the class teacher and SENCo.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support you will:
- Previous experience supporting pupils with autism and ADHD (essential)
- Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting
- Calm, patient, and consistent approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous school-based experience working in the UK
