We are currently recruiting a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistant to work across a range of supportive primary schools in Hounslow.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across the classroom, working with small groups, individuals, or providing 1:1 support where required. A key focus of the role will be supporting pupils with special educational needs, so previous SEN experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils across the primary age range
- Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
- Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development
- Following safeguarding and school policies
About the school
You will be working across a range of inclusive and well-managed primary schools in Hounslow. These schools have strong support systems in place for pupils with additional needs and value the role of teaching assistants in maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Primary Teaching Assistant you will:
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN (preferred)
- Patient, calm, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
