Seeking TA's/LSA's to support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including:
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Cognition and Learning difficulties (ranging from moderate to profound needs)
- Communication and Interaction needs (including autism and speech and language difficulties)
About the role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of learning difficulties throughout the school day. You will work both in and out of the classroom, providing tailored academic, social, and emotional support, while ensuring that each pupil’s individual needs are understood and met.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young people. You will work collaboratively with staff to create a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment where all pupils can thrive.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN TA/LSA you will:
- Have a DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Prior experience working with children with SEN in an education setting
