A welcoming and inclusive religious primary school in Southall is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis from September 2026.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time
Primary School (Religious Setting)
Location: Southall

Contract: Ongoing
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to support pupils with special educational needs, either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Your role will involve helping pupils access the curriculum, supporting their emotional and social development, and implementing tailored strategies to meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing SEN support on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting pupils with accessing learning activities
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teaching staff and SENCo
- Promoting inclusion and pupil wellbeing
- Following safeguarding and school policies

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN
- Experience working within a primary school setting
- Patient, calm, and empathetic approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
