Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students across various year groups, in line with the school's curriculum.
- Maintain consistency in teaching and learning during the absence of regular staff.
- Implement lesson plans and adapt them to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Promote a positive and productive classroom environment through effective behavior management.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the permanent teaching staff.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that allows all students to thrive.
- Adhere to the school’s safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher you will:
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
- A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work across different year groups and subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check will be required (or willingness to undergo one)
