We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis.
About the role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning throughout the school day. You will provide in-class support, work with small groups or individual pupils, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
- Prior experience working in primary schools (required)
- A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of pupils and the classroom
- A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- DBS on the update service
- Prior experience working at a school setting
- Right to work in the UK
