We are seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis.
About the role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support in the classroom. You will assist with lesson delivery, provide targeted interventions, and work with small groups or individual pupils to support academic, social, and emotional development. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, professionalism, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils’ learning.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting teaching staff with lesson delivery and classroom management

Delivering targeted interventions under the direction of the teacher or SENCo

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
- A patient, proactive, and professional approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS on the update Service
- Level 3 qualification
