Smart Teachers are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a dynamic performing arts department at a high-achieving North London secondary school and sixth form. This temporary role is to cover from next week until the Christmas break, with interviews taking place soon
About the role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with some classes following the NCFE Music qualification. All lessons are fully planned and resourced, offering a smooth transition for the incoming teacher.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Music Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Music across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for engaging young people in music
- Ability to play keys/piano desirable but not essential
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
