2IC English Teacher required at a Croydon secondary school. Immediate start or from 13th April. Support the Head of English in leading the department, delivering KS3–KS4 lessons, and driving student progress. QTS essential.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 2IC (Second-in-Command) English Teacher you will:
- QTS essential
- Proven experience teaching English across KS3–KS4
- Leadership or middle management experience in a school setting
- Strong classroom management, mentoring, and organisational skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS, classroom experience in English, and leadership experience.
