mart Teachers are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Academic Mentor to join a successful secondary school in East London
About the role
As a Maths Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted support to help improve confidence, understanding, and attainment in Mathematics. You will support pupils through small group interventions, one-to-one sessions, and in-class support alongside the Maths department.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Maths Academic Mentor you will:
- A graduate with a strong academic background in Mathematics or a related subject (desirable)
- Previous experience supporting young people within an educational setting
- A confident communicator with the ability to motivate and engage students
- Passionate about education and supporting student development
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Suitable mentor experience
