Sixth Form Support Officer

Smart Teachers are recruiting for a dedicated Sixth Form Pastoral & Academic Mentor to join a highly successful secondary school in East London.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Sixth Form Support Officer you will:

• Has experience working with young people, ideally within a school, college or educational setting.
• Has a strong understanding of the needs of post-16 students
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can build positive relationships while maintaining high expectations of student behaviour
• Is organised, proactive and able to work independently

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
