Science Teacher

Smart Teachers are working with a well-regarded secondary school on the North London/Essex border seeking a Science Teacher to join their team from Easter through to the end of the acade

About the role

• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available depending on experience)

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Planning, marking, and assessing student progress

• Supporting pupils of varying abilities to achieve strong outcomes

• Contributing to the wider school community and upholding high behaviour standards

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Science Teacher you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools
• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
• Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
