We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026.

Year 1 Teacher – Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Ealing
Start Date: January 2026
As the Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and structured lessons that build on pupils’ early learning experiences. You will support children’s academic, social, and emotional development, ensuring a smooth transition into Key Stage 1. The role requires a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and a nurturing yet structured approach to classroom practice.
Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Supporting pupils’ transition from EYFS to Year 1

Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in EYFS or KS1, ideally Year 1
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching
- Commitment to a full-time, permanent role from January 2026
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS
- Right to work in the UK
