Are you an experienced and confident HLTA looking for flexible supply work? We are seeking skilled and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistants to provide high-quality cover across a range of primary schools.
About the role
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Lead whole-class teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 when required
Support pupils’ learning through targeted small group and intervention work
Adapt lesson delivery to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and senior leaders

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- HLTA status
- Experience covering classes in a primary school setting
