A well-organised two-form entry primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a full-time Supply Teaching Assistant to join their team.
About the role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom support across the school, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring pupils remain focused and supported. You may work within mainstream classes or provide additional support to pupils with SEN, depending on the needs of the school. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Working with small groups or individual pupils

Assisting with classroom organisation and lesson preparation

Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Supply Teaching Assistant you will:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school (required)
- Ideally experience supporting pupils with SEN
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience working in the UK
- DBS on the update service
