We are seeking an experienced and motivated Key Stage 2 Teacher with middle leadership responsibility to join a successful and forward-thinking school in Slough on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the role
You will combine outstanding KS2 teaching with a leadership role, such as phase or subject leadership, playing a key part in curriculum development, assessment, and raising standards across the school. Working closely with senior leaders, you will support colleagues, lead initiatives within your area of responsibility, and help create a positive, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of KS2 Teacher and Middle Lead you will:
- Qualified and experienced primary teacher (QTS)
- Experience of curriculum planning, assessment, and moderation
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, and Child Protection
- Strong understanding of inclusive practice, SEN, and statutory KS2 requirements
- Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- QTS
- Right to work in the UK
- KS2 and leadership experience
Key responsibilities
As KS2 Teacher and Middle Lead you will be responsible for:
- Lead a subject, phase, or area of responsibility as part of the middle leadership team
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 2
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, moderation, and reporting
- Uphold safeguarding, equality, and health and safety responsibilities
