A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a long-term basis.
About the role
You will work within the EYFS setting, supporting children’s learning through a combination of structured teaching and play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will assist the class teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum

Working with individuals and small groups of children

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Assisting with observations, assessments, and record keeping

Supporting classroom organisation and preparation

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within an EYFS or primary school setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience in Early Years
- Right to work in the UK
