We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Hillingdon on a part-time basis, working two days per week until July 2026.
About the role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning across the school day. You will provide targeted support to individuals or small groups, assist with classroom activities, and help ensure pupils are able to access the curriculum effectively. This role requires professionalism, initiative, and a strong understanding of pupils’ learning needs.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant you will:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, proactive, and professional approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Level 3 Qualification
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS on the update service
