We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing on a full-time basis.
About the role
As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work within the EYFS setting, supporting children’s learning through play-based activities and structured learning. You will assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS framework, promoting children’s personal, social, emotional, and academic development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum

Working with individuals and small groups of children

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Supporting children’s development through play and structured activities

Assisting with observations, assessments, and record keeping

Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working in an EYFS or primary school setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
