We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Harrow on a full-time basis.
About the role
As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work within the EYFS setting, supporting children through a balance of play-based learning and structured activities. You will assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS framework, promoting children’s personal, social, emotional, and early academic development in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum

Working with individual pupils and small groups

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Assisting with observations, assessments, and record keeping

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working in an EYFS or primary school setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Prior experience

- Relevant qualifications
