We are seeking a skilled and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across one of our schools in Hammersmith and Fulham.
About the role
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality classroom support, contribute to lesson planning and assessment, and provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils. You will play an active role in promoting inclusion, managing behaviour positively, and helping pupils achieve their full potential, including those with SEND or additional needs. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant is expected to demonstrate initiative, take responsibility for learning activities under teacher direction, and contribute to the wider life of the school.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
