We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Hammersmith and Fulham. The successful candidate will support pupils with special educational needs, working one-to-one and in small groups to help them access the curriculum.
About the role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to engage in learning and make progress both academically and socially. The role involves working one-to-one and in small groups, supporting pupils in the classroom and during structured activities. You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support plans, promote positive behaviour, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEN setting
