Business Studies Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Business to join a thriving and forward-looking secondary school.

About the role

• Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5, ensuring high standards of attainment and progress
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Contribute to curriculum development within the Business department
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress effectively
• Support students in developing exam technique and subject knowledge
• Participate in departmental planning, moderation, and quality assurance processes
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extracurricular activities

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Business Studies Teacher you will:

• Experience teaching A-Level Business
• Strong classroom management skills
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies or a related field
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
