About the role

• Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 available for suitable candidates
• Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
• Encouraging creativity, confidence, collaboration, and performance skills among students
• Preparing students for performances, assessments, and external examinations
• Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment that promotes participation and achievement
• Contributing to extracurricular productions, performances, and enrichment activities
• Supporting curriculum development and departmental planning

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Drama Teacher you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Drama and the performing arts
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
