Smart Teachers are pleased to be working with this Hugely popular Co-Educational Secondary School located in the borough of Hillingdon. They are looking to appoint a Head of Music to start asap.
About the role
The role would involve the running of the Music department and supporting of other teachers within the department as well as sharing curriculum development and teaching students KS3-KS4. There is also scope to teach KS5 and this would be Advantageous if the candidate was able to offer this.

The School is located in the London Borough of Hillingdon and is a Hugely popular school within the local area. The school has great local transport with local Tube stations and bus routes nearby, the school also has parking available on local surrounding streets to the school. The school has excellent student behaviour and is considered by staff and wonderful place to work. The Headteacher himself has been with the school since starting his journey in teaching.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Head of Music - Secondary school - Hillingdon - Asap you will:
- QTS or QTLS
- A degree or equivalent education
- Experience of working as a Head of Department or a very experienced 2Ic
- Uk Secondary school experience
- Hold a Enhanced DBS on the update service
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Paid via PAYE and dependent on experience
