We are looking for a motivated, caring and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join one of our Primary Schools in Hammersmith and Fulham.
About the role
The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, working with individuals, small groups and whole classes under the direction of the class teacher.
The ideal candidate will be confident in leading learning activities, supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and contributing positively to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to supporting children’s learning and well-being.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Have experience working in a primary school setting
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
