We are looking for a committed and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our supply team supporting schools across Hounslow. This full-time role offers a mix of daily cover and longer-term placements, providing a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety and are confident working in different educational settings.
About the role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching staff and helping pupils make meaningful progress. You will assist with classroom activities, provide targeted support to individuals or small groups, and help ensure that each school day runs smoothly. The role is suited to someone who can quickly build rapport, adapt to new environments, and maintain high standards of classroom support.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities
