Smart Teachers are working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Redbridge to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher, ideally with a Chemistry specialism, for a September 2026 start.
About the role
- Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering Chemistry up to KS5 (preferred)
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Monitoring and supporting student progress
- Contributing to departmental planning and curriculum development

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Chemistry Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Science, with a Chemistry specialism preferred
- Experience teaching Chemistry at KS5 desirable
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
