Role: Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £87 - £100 per day (Annual salary available for permanent candidates)
Working hours: 8:30- 4:00
About the role
The SEN team are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who has experience working with pupils who have autism and challenging behaviour.

This 3 form Primary School recognises the value of all their staff members and treats all staff members with the upmost respect giving them training and support. They are now looking for an eager and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from April 2024 for the full academic year.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Have experience providing specialist support to children with autism and challenging behaviour
- Have experience working 1:1 and in small groups
- Have experience liaising with Parents and the SENCO on the child’s progress
- Have experience working with children within a primary school
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working in a primary school+

As Learning Support Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Class Teacher
