Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. You'll work closely with our dedicated teaching team to create engaging and structured lessons that are tailored to our students' needs. Your primary focus will be on providing individualized support to students as they explore a variety of life skills. You'll be part of a collaborative effort to foster an atmosphere of growth, creativity, and independence.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that enhance life skills development.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons and activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where each student's unique abilities are embraced.
- Facilitate engaging activities in music, art, sports, and story time, promoting sensory exploration and self-expression.
- Assist with classroom management and behavioral support, ensuring a safe and conducive atmosphere for learning.
